We use personal information received from you or others as part of your engagement with us (information regarding projects that may interest you, pre-purchase information, information included in the purchase contract and related documents, information related to the project where your purchased property is located (hereinafter: "the Project"), information we receive after the purchase, information collected through the site in connection with services provided to you and their results, including information we receive from external sources (such as suppliers providing you with services) (hereinafter in this document: "Personal Information").

Please note that some personal information may also be subject to other contractual documents you have agreed to, rather than just this policy.

What personal information we collect or use on the site

We collect personal information that allows us to carry out the project you are participating in and allows you to track its progress and management.

What we do with the information we collect:

We will use personal information (including your contact details) to fulfill the obligations of the company, the Damari Group, and their relevant suppliers under agreements with you, to perform the company's duties, to enable the operations of the company and the Damari Group as well as the construction of the project and the property, to protect the contractual and other rights of the company and any member of the Damari Group, to protect the site and the information in various ways, to generate various statistics, and to send you relevant commercial offers that we believe are tailored to your needs and may interest you (provided you have consented to this).

To whom do we transfer the personal information we collect:

We may transfer your personal information (including your contact details) to third parties for the purpose of providing the services you requested and those you may need. Among other things, we may transfer information to service and product providers who are required to provide you with services or products necessary for the execution of the project and the construction of your property, to state authorities, municipal and other authorities, banking institutions, and third parties who may assist us in better serving our customers.

Will you send me advertisements?

We will not send you promotional emails or text messages (SMS) unless you consent to it, and you can, of course, withdraw your consent at any time.

How we protect your personal information:

The company employs appropriate information security measures at a standard professional level to protect your personal information. It is important for you to know that despite our efforts, no measures can provide complete security against hacking and online breaches, and these may occur. Of course, we will make every effort to prevent them and will respond to any such breach as soon as possible, depending on the circumstances.

What are my rights regarding my personal information?

You may, at any time, review the information about you held by the company, update it, or request its deletion from the site and our systems. However, there are various data components that cannot be deleted at any time, due to, among other things, the company's legal, accounting, and other regulatory obligations toward you, the authorities, and third parties.

1. The company attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers and treats it with the utmost respect.
2. This privacy policy may be updated from time to time—whether due to changes in legislation, changes in how we use your information, or for any other reason. The latest version published at any given time will always be the binding one. In the event of a material change (to your rights or our obligations), we will notify you. If you do not agree to any change, please delete the application and do not use it or the site, as continued use of either constitutes confirmation that you have read the updated policy and agreed to it and its terms. 1. The company collects personal information and data about you to enable us to fulfill our obligations to you, perform the services that are part of the project, and, of course, keep you updated on the status of your property and everything related to it.
2. The types of personal information you provide to the company or that the company collects about you are:

   • Personal identification details, such as your full name, contact information, ID number, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical address.

   • Property details, such as its address, relevant plans and diagrams, changes made to them, finishing work, items and components you purchased for your property, and the like.

   • All information regarding our engagement with you, the signed contract, its appendices, amendments, documents recording changes to the property, and any other relevant document regarding the work, services, and products performed for or provided to you.

   • Your account details (such as the agreed price, payments made, remaining payments, etc.).

   • Mortgage deeds issued for you and their terms, bank release letters, and other relevant documents and data.

   • Your inquiries and other matters handled with the company, including service requests, their status, and any related issues.

   • Photographs and metadata related to all of the above. Part of the service we offer is the ability to document (via the application) various components of the project and its progress (often, the photos themselves are not actually stored by us, but only on your device).

   • Personal information related to the registration of the property and the project with the Land Registry, tax authorities, local authorities, and the like.

   • Information regarding ownership status and other property rights.
3. The company may also allow you to use the site (and the application) to store and save additional information of your choosing (such as plans and diagrams, photos, files, etc.) so that you can view them or share them with others.
4. When using the site (and, of course, the application), we collect location data in order to offer you suggestions that may interest you.

The site (including the application) and other services we use (such as Google Analytics) may use technological tools such as cookies, Facebook Pixels, beacons, and others, which are intended to collect information that does not directly identify you personally (though it may be used to do so when combined with other data). Cookies are text files that the browser or application creates on your device for various purposes, including collecting data about your use of the site, verifying your details, tailoring the site to your personal preferences, saving your information, data security, completing purchases, and more.
